Dr. McKay earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University in 1993. He also holds the title of Diplomate in both Behavioral and Clinical Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). He is a Fellow of the American Board of Behavioral Psychology and the Academy of Clinical Psychology. He is also a Clinical Fellow of the Behavior Therapy and Research Society. He holds a full time faculty appointment at Fordham University, where he is an Associate Professor and serves as Associate Chair for Graduate Studies. His research is in the anxiety disorders, and he has published over forty articles and book chapters.
